2. Child Participation & Media Release Policy

Parental Consent

Parents or guardians must provide consent before children participate in mentorship programs, events, vendor fairs, or workshops.


Media Release

Photos or videos may be taken during events for educational and promotional purposes. Children’s identifying details will not be shared without permission.


Student Work

Students may create books, artwork, and business products. With permission, the organization may showcase these achievements to celebrate youth entrepreneurship.


Safety

Parents remain responsible for their children unless supervision is explicitly provided during structured programs.


Withdrawal of Consent

Parents may withdraw consent for participation or media use at any time by contacting contact@becomingayoungceo.org.
