We believe every child has a CEO inside them. Our job is to help them find it.
Becoming A Young CEO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to one mission: making entrepreneurship education accessible to every young person who dreams of building something, regardless of their background, their family’s income, or the ZIP code they were born into.
We exist because we believe business education shouldn’t wait until college. We believe financial literacy shouldn’t be a privilege. We believe the next generation of CEOs is already here. They're sitting in classrooms, full of ideas and just waiting for someone to believe in them and show them the way.
Mission
Becoming A Young CEO Inc. empowers students from ages 5-17 to enhance their self-confidence, develop effective public speaking and communication abilities, and acquire practical knowledge of entrepreneurship and finance through our interactive and standards-based educational curriculum. Our courses are based on the standards of Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards, Common Core State Standards, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) and STEM.

Our story
How It Started
Becoming A Young CEO was born out of a simple but stubborn belief: that kids are more capable than most adults give them credit for. That a 10-year-old who wants to start a business doesn’t need to wait. That a teenager with an idea doesn’t need permission or a trust fund — they need someone to teach them how, and a community to cheer them on.
What began as a local program for a small group of young entrepreneurs grew into something far bigger than we imagined. Our award-winning book and curriculum have reached families across the country. Our events have become community cornerstones. And the students we’ve had the privilege of working with — kids who once doubted themselves — are now running real businesses, pitching real ideas, and walking through the world like the leaders they always were.
This is still, at its heart, a community program. We are run by people who care deeply about these kids — not about metrics or markets. And we will always choose the child over the spreadsheet.
About our founder
Tiffany Harvey
Tiffany West-Harvey is a dynamic speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and bestselling author dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers. A native of Fort Pierce, Florida, she is a proud mother to her son, Jeremiah, and a retired commissioned officer of the United States Navy Reserve, where she served with distinction and earned numerous military honors.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness with a minor in Economics from Florida A&M University (2003) and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University (2009). She is also highly credentialed in federal acquisition and financial management, holding a Level III certification in Contract Management, as well as Level I certifications in Business Financial Management and Program Management.
As an entrepreneur and visionary leader, Tiffany is committed to bridging the gap between education and real-world success. She is the author of Becoming A Young CEO: A Fun and Easy Guide to Dropshipping and Healing But Not Broken, and co-author of Analogy, Joy 365: Daily Devotional for Joy Restoration, Your Daily Source of Inspiration and Empowerment. Her upcoming book, Becoming A Young CEO: God’s Way, is scheduled for release in late 2026.
Tiffany’s captivating message has earned her invitations to speak and make guest appearances on major global platforms. She has delivered thought-provoking live and virtual keynote speeches for large audiences, including the All Black National Convention, the Associated Black Charities’ Equity in Action Conference, The Making Of An Entrepreneur DocuSeries Season 4, and an exclusive invitation to speak at Michigan State University as part of Shawn’s Fair Leadership Experience Tour. Her work has also been broadcast to millions of viewers on the Onstage Plus network, further amplifying her impact and reach.
Through her writing and speaking, Tiffany shares her powerful journey of resilience, faith, and purpose, equipping audiences with practical tools and heartfelt inspiration to overcome challenges and walk boldly in their calling. Whether on stage, in classrooms, or through her programs, her message is clear: every individual has the power to rise, lead, and build a future they own.
